Envisioning Workshops

PM Evolution offers interactive half or full-day Project Management Envisioning Workshops in support of our Clients' exploration of ways to improve organizational performance through the development of project management knowledge, skills, processes and tools utilization. 

Outcomes Include:

• Shared understanding of the foundational elements of the Project Management discipline.

• Shared understanding of both the current and desired levels of Project Management Capability (across People, Processes and Tools).

• Mutual identification of the potential areas of impact, and their measures, of any investments to be made in project management.

• Summary understanding of the prescribed short-term and longer-term courses of action.
